Even during Covid, we have SO MUCH for which to be thankful!

With masks, social distancing, and no group singing due to the Covid-19 pandemic, our typical celebration of gathering together at Bethany Lutheran Church to make a loud and joyful noise unto the Lord as a community won’t be able to happen this year.  With new State and County guidance in October, we even needed to pause our choir program, which is such a large part of who and what we are.

Nevertheless, even with student and staff travel quarantines, wildfire days when we couldn’t stay inside due to Covid, but couldn’t go outside due to wildfire smoke, even with masks, and with social distancing, but without handshakes or hugs, we still have so much for which to be thankful.

Because of technology and the strength and determination of our parents, staff and students, and because we are a tiny school, and we have taken extensive precautions, we can still meet to offer in person instruction. But MOST importantly, we know that God loves us, and has plans to prosper us and not to harm us, plans to give us a hope and a future.
